There can certainly be no doubt that buy to let property has been of huge interest to UK investors in recent years - fuelled in part by the seemingly inexorable rise in UK property prices. But all that came to a shuddering halt as a result of the recession of 2008/9 and on average UK property fell in value by 20% during the lrecsesion .However as we write the UK property index has just seen 5 successive monthly rises...
