Complaints

Our business strategy is to work very hard not to receive any complaints. So far this has worked very well!

However should you ever have one please contact our Disputes Resolution Officer here, in writing, or at the office on 01233 722922.

In the event of a dispute you may refer any complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). However to be clear you first need to complain to us. We will always do our best to resolve any issues amicably but you can then go to FOS if you disagree with our final decision.
